Hello BillK, please refrain from making baseless and inaccurate claims. We take an immense amount of pride in our customer service and asked for you to provide more information to verify your account but you failed to provide us with this. We're sorry to hear about your experience but it seems there may be a serious disconnect. Mike Shorr's signals are up significantly this year to date so what you're describing explains there must be a huge discrepancy with your results and what the tracker's shown. Christopher, please refrain from making inaccurate and baseless claims. Our upper management spoke to you today and told you we are investigating the matter, check your email. You reached out to us requesting information on trading the markets, you inquired about financing the cost of the program, and agreed to fill out the application through a CONSUMER facing process. We were nothing but beyond respectful to you the entire process. You must have forgotten that you inquired about financing the trading course. In order to provide you with the best possible service, you were sent a form asking if you wanted financing. You checked a box on the form that agreed to apply for credit. In response the finance company sent you a credit application. That is why the request for information was made. Your application has been removed and we have contacted the finance company to request the removal of the hard inquiry.

Scott did not remove you, our moderators did and we issued a refund to you immediately after receiving your email request for a refund. As I described on our call yesterday Amy, we believe it's extremely important to allow for students, who are looking to potentially trust us as their trading educator and follow Scott to learn more about his background and his story. You are entitled to your opinion of course, we do appreciate your feedback, and again, I'm sorry if you feel like we may have failed you this time. As discussed I went ahead and emailed you a full copy of the webinar recording to view at your convenience with instructions to fast forward to your desired section of valuable content so you can learn more behind the methodologies Scott uses when trading options. Please understand the information in the webinar recording will be limited (we can't give all the secret sauce away!) BUT it should open up your eyes and ears to new doors of potential growth trading options with Scott's volatility based approach. I look forward to reconnecting and hopefully working towards a long term relationship with our team!

Andrew - 1. Our employees DO NOT place ANY reviews! 2. Our employees ARE NOT DRUNK at work - not sure why you are insinuating they are! 3. Even if our employees have to skip work to attend court, why is that an issue? 4. Why does it matter to you how many people our sales staff call per day? 5. Why "Don't Do It?" Have you tried our service? It sure sounds like you may have a personal grief with someone at Prosper - is there something you are not telling us? I would personally be extremely happy to not only have a phone call with you but invite you in to our offices so you can see first hand why Prosper is the real deal.
