I advise everyone who is thinking about purchasing something from PropertyRoom not to buy electronics there. I purchased a table that was labeled and packaged as a new table. When it arrived, it looked new, but it never powered on.
I took the device to the Apple Store, and they said there was nothing they could do. I emailed PropertyRoom to make them aware of the issue and to ask whether I could get a replacement or reimbursement. They stopped answering my emails.
After one response—if you order an electronic item, there’s a good chance it will arrive not working the same way.

This is the most dishonest auction…
This is the most dishonest auction company I have ever encountered. The people working here are arrogant, rude, and simply incompetent.
Every interaction with their customer support is a perpetual headache. Their responses don't even include a basic "Hello" or any standard courtesy expected from decent people. It feels as though they are doing you a favor just by responding. In reality, they are often incapable of resolving even the simplest issues and frequently just stop replying altogether.
The item descriptions almost never match the actual products provided. I have to record videos of everything I receive using timestamp apps—showing the coordinates, time, and the entire unboxing process. I have caught this company giving misleading information multiple times, and I eventually managed to "win" a few of those cases.
The photo quality is terrible and sloppy—for god’s sake, you are a multi-million dollar company and you can't spend money on a decent camera or phone?
The packaging is awful. Items have arrived smashed to pieces, and I had to spend a long time proving that they need to learn how to pack properly instead of being rude in response to complaints.
It has even gone as far as outright fraud—and I am not making this up. I have proof of this preserved in my correspondence, where they promised to deliver a lot that was never fully shipped!
Instead of 3 items, they sent 1 in a tiny box that physically couldn't fit 3 items. All 3 items were assigned the same single tracking number, but only one item was actually shipped.
Order IDs: 11024374, 11024375, 11024339
Listing IDs: 18431282, 18431283, 18431280
So do not dare say that I made up your fraud. For 3 items, they provided a single tracking number, and only 1 item was actually received. I proved this beyond doubt using video footage and weight measurements. Property Room quickly shifted the blame onto a third-party company, Surplus. They promised to resolve everything—and lied.
Fortunately for them, I didn't file an IC3 claim regarding mail fraud involving the USPS at that moment. Now I will. And I will also submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Let people know how utterly unpleasant it is to deal with you and talk to you.
To all buyers: when you receive goods from this shady operation, film the entire unboxing process thoroughly. Otherwise, you won't be able to prove a thing, and these dishonest people will simply be rude to you.
