Very very bad experience with this propelld bank where I have taken education loan from this for my MCA degree in VIT, they do not have any backup account to recieve the money if you face any issue with bank, they simply told they do not have any option also if the payment was not done by the due date they simply bounce and put extra charges along with EMI amount. I suggest everyone, kindly do not take education loan from them, they are not helpful and co-operative with costumer if any problem occurs. I strictly request to everyone do not take education loan from propelld bank.

My experience with Propelld has been extremely disappointing. I paid my EMI on the due date, but my loan account still showed the payment as overdue and penalty charges were added. Even after contacting customer support multiple times, I only received automated replies with no proper resolution. The customer support and coordination between departments appear to be very poor. It feels like no one takes ownership of customer issues, and resolving even a simple payment-related problem takes far too long. There is a lack of communication and accountability, which has made the entire experience frustrating. I regret taking a loan from Propelld. If you are considering their services, be prepared for slow support and unresolved issues if anything goes wrong. I expected much better service, but my experience has been the opposite.

Worst, they charge INR 1000 bounce fee, then they charge INR 1000 for delay fee. For a delay of 5 days. Then they call relatives. The delay has not even been 5 days. Delay was due to an emergency which was told. Never uplift them. So I paid INR 2000 + underwent harassment. Either don’t charge the extra amount or don’t call my relatives. Utter non sense. Firstly, when i go to pay there is no payment option in the dashboard. Secondly, i had closed NACH still I have been charged with bounce charges for last 5-6 months, which, i was like okay, never mind, i paid every month. Calling relatives has gone to the peak now. Paying penalty, paying bounce, then again contacting relatives. I have been using propelld for 4.5 years. Closed off three loans (More than lakhs), this is the last time, i am taking anything from these guys. I was about to take a student loan from an institution, for higher studies, they recommended propelld, I told them strictly "no", anyone else reading this. Don't take from them. The institution will give you alternative options, just talk to the institution.
