My son’s writing coach, Leigh is amazing! I would echo other posts that mention how helpful the brainstorming sessions are as well as the third party feedback for the essays. Worth every penny!

We love Prompt! 2 of my high school seniors had wonderful experiences working through college applications with these Prompt counselors/ editors. They made the process significantly easier and my students met all their deadlines.

The coaches i had worked very well with me and were very adaptable to my schedule. They understood my story and gave me great ideas on how to further improve my essay. I would definitely recommend prompt to anyone looking to improve their college essay.

Our experience with Prompt was great. We didn’t know what we didn’t know until we hired them. We worked with an amazing writing coach named Jessica. She took her time to learn what was important to my son and helped him mold his essays to support his college goals. He was applying test optional to all his schools and was accepted to 11 of 12. One deferral we are still waiting on. He is going to his #1 reach school and that would not be happening without the help we received from Prompt.

I came to prompt looking for help getting into top colleges in the nation. My coach understood right away what my goals were and through brainstorming calls and many different drafts for each prompt, I was able to write responses that were worthy of getting into my dream schools. Overall, I was very happy with the process through Prompt and look forward to a university education at the school of my choice.

Prompt was recommended on a Road2College webinar. I thought that we could use an unbiased intermediary between my child and us (their dad and me) to brainstorm with them and then critique their drafts, so we set up an initial meeting with Prompt, giving them our desired completion date for essays and emphasizing that we needed our child to have deadlines, that we needed their voice to shine through without being subjected to heavy-handed editing that could cross ethical lines. We also wanted a coach skilled in working with teens applying to elite colleges. That is precisely what we received with the Prompt coach! All work was my child's own, written in their own voice and when suggestions were made, this was done to inspire, rather than to do the work for them.

We found that the tutor paired with our son was excellent, they worked quickly on feedback and instilled confidence in his work. That was the goal, for our son to trust himself and the guidance did exactly that. Great job Prompt, thank you!

My advisor gave me great pointers to help me improve my essay and always gave it shortly after I submitted my drafts.
