My overall experience with Prompt has been super positive. They've helped me re-organizing my essay in a more correct structure, choosing words that fit better, and they also looked at punctuation and grammar issues. The only issue I had was that, at the moment, you can't talk directly to the person who reviewed your essay, and sometimes that can be a problem because I had questions that only someone who read the essay could answer; the review should come with the contact information of the reviewer.
