Awesome help, great communication, no negative feedback on the service or the tutors. The call to decide a plan was great and they make sure to find the plan that best works for you (regardless of what stage of the process you are on). The tutor's are understanding and kind and help you brainstorm and revise essays, and they come out really well polished. DT (technical support) was also incredibly helpful and easy to access. All in all, a great service that you should not hesitate in choosing.

They provide really great details and reasonings for their edits. I like their rubric scale, which describes how they grade us and teaches us how to strive for the highest rubric grade and make our essay great.

I really liked the Prompt website. I was able to upload my essays there, rather than having to email them in. I liked working with one coach, and she gave a lot of helpful advice. It was helpful that she always wrote a summary first and then added notes within the document. The only thing was I couldn’t email her directly. Also, at first I was nervous because we only had three Zoom calls. But the written feedback was really helpful, and three meetings was actually the perfect amount.

Prompt was really helpful. Especially with the first couple essays, my counselor, Meredith, helped me get a sense of what a good essay looks like. Prompt also helped me stay on track and make sure that I kept working on my essays continually. It would be nice if there was a way to communicate directly with the counselor, which might be faster.

Prompt really helped me with my essay writing for college. My tutor Meredith, was excellent and provided me prompt feedback. I am so glad that I did this it made applying to college easy.

It was a very good process. Going into it, I was concerned about getting it all done within the tight timeframe but we finished earlier than I expected. Sam was really great! She helped confirm and reassure many of my ideas. A lot of times, I had a tough time choosing between different versions of what I had written and she helped me feel confident in my essays. I have a tendency to write beyond the word count and I was worried that I would lose a bit of flavor and style, but her feedback on ways to keep the essay within the word limit helped preserve my voice.

The feedback I received was very detailed and it helped me a lot. It really improved my essays. There was only one thing I wanted to change. One time I accidentally sent the wrong file, and I wasn’t able to resubmit it. It would be good to add that option because I had to use the chat function to get it resubmitted.
