Prominent TicketsReviews of prominenttickets.com

Great customer service. Tickets were exactly as promised and arrived on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again!

Prominent always has a great inventory to choose from. Website is very user-friendly and the interactive map makes it very easy and a great way to find tickets. Prices are very competitive.

My purchase was very easy and I was informed what to do and where to go to receive my electronic tickets

Great site for tickets to top events. I have used for basketball Sweet 16 and for Taylor Swift. The basket ball had to pick up at a will call site a block away from the event but was very easy. The Swift's were Fed Ex with in 4 days!

The company was great .I will order tickets again from them , they arrived on time , we're helpful on the phone and the seats were as promised.

Tickets were purchased at a fraction of the face value with instant download. Best online ticket purchase ever!!!!

I received excellent communication from Prominent Tickets. More than the usual confirmation, etc. They kept on top of my order; let me know they would be shipping, let me know when they were shipped and the tracking information, let me know when the attempts for my ticket deliveries were made, and let me know when and where to pick up my tickets or how to connect with FedEx to ensure I received my tickets. Afterward I received follow up emails to ensure I received my tickets and that I was satisfied. This vendor was very efficient and great to work with!

The agent was pleasant, extremely helpful and as stated had the tickets delivered as promised on time.
