Excellent service.
I ordered several items. The finish on one of them was blemished, so I called and requested an exchange. The replacement item was shipped to me immediately, along with a return label for the defective item. I will definitely order from ProLighting again.

Right on the money
This was my first order with ProLighting.com, I ordered 2 solid state 12V quarts "transformers". ProLighting had exactly the right item at a good price. Shipping was very fast. The parts arrived in good condition (well packet) and were from fresh stock (based on the datecode and cleanliness of the package. I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely try them first when the need arises. John
