Had to call to find out status on backorder, but otherwise great!

I was able to get a 1000 watt 3-way dimmer switch from ProLighting.com that I needed for a very large chandelier. The usual 600 watt 3-way dimmer switches that are in stock at your usual home improvement stores would not suffice. The heavy duty switch was supposedly available online through these home improvement stores, but they would never be in stock and special order never seemed to result in their obtaining the switch for me. ProLighting was able to get the switch from the manufacturer although it did require a back-order and me having to call to check on my order. But bottom line, ProLighting was able to fill my order.

Great high quality product. Only criticism is that there are a few exposed wires.

The lights are pretty good quality in my opinion. They don't take a long time to come on in fact they are almost instant on. I had read some reviews that the lights would take a long time to actually come on but that is not the case with what I got. They dim as the manufacturer specified. They do shut off when you attempt to dim them down to 10% which at that point you might as well shut them off. They are nice and bright and have a cool white glow to them. This is a great color spectrum for what you need in a kitchen. The only thing preventing me from given this order five stars is the fact that it took over two weeks to get it. I blame this mostly on the weather that we had during the time I placed my order. Most of the north eastern part of the county was under heavy snow at the time this order was placed. Other than that it was a good experience for me order from prolighting and I'm satisfied with the product I purchased.

Ballast was exactly what was needed and solved clients lighting need perfectly. It met the specs exactly. The only slight negative was they did not furnish the complete tracking number so I had to phone customer service rep. to find out when to expect delivery.

The bulbs I needed were backordered, so it took a while. But they arrive safe and sound
