This company went well beyond what I am used to with reference to customer service. They were very accommodating and helpful, made recommendations based on my applications and I am more than pleased with their expertise and will consider them again when I need their products.

I recently placed an order on-line for replacement parts for some old RAB outdoor lighting and after placing the order realized that I needed additional parts. I called and asked for assistance and they were very helpful to identify the correct part and even added to the on-line order. :)

I purchased a couple of RAB Lighting Fixtures (LFP38) from ProLighting. They came fast and well packaged. I would definitively do business with ProLighting again.

ordered a number of path lights and wall washers in uncoated copper. Industrial design is great. Material is heavy. Price was very reasonable. Spoke with customer service a couple of times--once about in ground transformers, and once about a replacement glass globe for one that had cracked in transit. Customer service was informative and highly responsive. They sent 2 replacement globes immediately. Terrific product and experience.

We got all of our lights when they said they would be here and at a good price. Customer service was great when I had to change the order she took care of it with out a hitch.
