You received a reminder 7 days prior to the end of the trial period to the email you provided. Hello Milad Aria, I apologize that you are having difficulty with a cancellation. As you may know, the free trial is for 30 days only. Cancellations during the trial period are immediate. An email was sent to the address on file 7 days before the end of the trial period as a reminder and to confirm the amount that will be billed if you choose to continue with the subscription. Since a cancellation was not made, you were billed for the subscription when the trial ended.
