I have selected your software/app as it answers my needs, ie I found it good On another hand, stop sending me emails and bloody survey or I will just let you down

It’s trial setup is designed to get payments from you. I registered for a trail and accidentally unregistered 1 hour later due to a confusing and poor interface. Not knowing (received no message) i was charged the full price. Even though this all happened within 1 hour and me informing them they were extremely rude and told me where to go. It was an expensive experience. Any normal company would offer a refund no questions asked. I hope this helps others from becoming another victim to this company.

Why would the system ask me to "Rate your recent experience" when all I've done is create a password in order to access the link someone sent me. Not a great time to get feedback.

I have canceled this subscription back in August and it keeps rotating and reopening. Customer service is awful.

Worse customer service ever. I was a student trying out the product, but didn't realized that I would be charged $375 after my trial. Yes, it was my mistake that I didn't realized that I had to call them to cancel the trial. This company does not allow you to cancel via link or email. I had to call them during the week days because they do not work on the weekend. I tried contacting them to get a refund onto my credit card, but they wouldn't refund it. I would never ever recommend this product.

Hello, I have not used this software even once, and I have been getting charge $350 per month. Please cancel or I will report to BBB, and will report you for fraud. Marjan Manavi

This company …. 1) product was NOT the best at project scheduling as they claimed 2) stated the software was used by more companies than any other pm software (update: when I questioned this, they removed the claim from their voice mail) 3) did not answer the phone OR return phone calls (update: they want you to think they are a real business) 4) Charged me AND OTHERS even though we did not continue to use their software (update: said that they sent emails to me, but never received) 5) only out to make money based on my interaction with them

If your company is less than 5 person don't even bother with this crap cause they will make you pay for 5 users nevertheless. I had been billed. Login and cancelled my account and it stat that I could still continue using for the month. Suddenly, the account can not be access anymore. Money grabber company, STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST.
