Only way to cancel is to actually get them on the phone and have them cancel. I was billed in between this and they will not offer refund. Scam...

I really hate I did not research scam alerts about this company. I work for the government and they wanted me to look into project management systems to consider incorporating management of our daily demands of our project processes. The good thing is, I can definitely spread the word amoung my colleagues and other agencies. This company is very slick, but they won't be for long. ;-) I'll send every report I can find about this company's terms and work on forcing them to revise the terms, in which they are to automatically cancel subscriptions after a 30-day trial period. I'll be posting a status about every action I'm have taken concerning the strong possibility that this company is using their subscription policy as a way to or opportunity to scam individuals. Unethical company that does not care about its customer. Only cares about making a dollar where they can. Stay away!

WARNING Do not interact with this company in any way. They will scam you as soon as they can. They lure you into a free trial of 30 days. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to implement a new project management tool for any business within 30 days. They are nice when you ask them to prolong the trial and you get the impression that you can in your own pace try the software and adapt it to your own business, which is what you want of course. They seems serious, their software seems really good, But it is all fake. All of a sudden you find out that there of course are som "hidden terms" which gives them the right to charge you for a whole year. They charged me for 500 dollars(!!!), and when I found out about this, this nice guys Andrew who really was helpful in the beginning suddenly vanished (?). He is no longer answering any mails and there is no way to get in contact with him. You can still contact their customer service, who is not doing anything else than refer to the terms, of course. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. It is a scam and I sincerely warn everyone out there not to fall for their nonsens!

Do not sign up for free trial! Completely misleading! I missed cancellation by 1 day - could not find the cancellation button. The company charged me $375 lump sum per month for 15 users; do not let the $25 fool you! It isn’t monthly; it is per user. They refuse to refund anything. Money driven. No compassion.

I tried the free trail to see if this tool was relevant for a small project eith 3-6 people. I quickly decided it wasn't and cancelled my subscribtion in the interface, a feauture only "available" on trail period. I didn't think more of it until they billed me for 12 users of premium use ($350/month) - on my personal account! I contacted the company describing the situation. With no help other than cancelling my account for future use and payments. Now months later with help from my bank - I finaly got my money back. I think it is ridiculous a company takes advantages of people only wanting to test the software (with personal use). Creating an obviously broken freature if one would like to cancel in the trial period.

Never use the trial! Never submit your credit card to them! They will charge you silently, starting from $150 per month! They will never return the money! They also hire click farms to promote their software!

They billed me within 7 days of trial start, not 30 days as stated, and for a team licence, which multiplied the advertised monthly cost by 10x. This bill was for $200 per month and they were able to bill me three times before I was able to get it cancelled. $600 for a service I never once used, and according to their T&Cs there are no refunds and not a single person to call. They will not address billing issues by phone, but they do not tell you that on their 800 number. SCAM ARTISTS! STAY AWAY!!!!
