I took the PMA boot camp to fill in the gaps before I took the exam (and passed!). Having taken an 8-month PMP program just prior to the PMA bootcamp, I found PMA to be just as thorough and well-implemented. It was great to get the information delivered from another angle and instructor. I found both my original instructor and the PMA instructor to be very well-versed in the content and instructional methods. I highly recommend PMA for your PMP training needs!

To pass the PMP exam I highly recommend you take the Project Management Academy Boot Camp Course. I do not believe I would have passed the exam without first taking the course. The instructor is top notch he kept the class very up-beat and emphasized that we all were going to pass the PMP test on the First try. He moved through the presentation of information at the classes learning speed, not too fast or too slow. He focused the need to both read the PM Bok book several times and to use all of the tools the PMA provides on their learning web site (the site is excellent it has all of tools practice tests and specific knowledge areas required to pass the exam). He walked us through how to get onto the PMA site and then through each of the learning areas so we saw and could ask questions. To give us an idea of the types of questions that we could see he went through about 200 questions. At the end we took a practice exam that provided a snapshot of the areas you were weak plus it provided a good representation of how the actual 4 hour test would be like. If you want to pass the PMP exam your first time take the PMA Boot Camp Course as a stepping stone to get there.

The instructor, Gregg Richie, is one of the best instructors I have ever had. He really knows his stuff and knows how to keep the class motivated. He explains the concepts in ways that make it easy to understand and remember for the exam. The company also provides excellent training materials from webinars, simulated exams, flash cards, Q&A, videos, etc. If you are willing to follow their plan, there is no reason you can't pass the exam on your first attempt, their plan is that solid. I look forward to taking other classes as needed from them.

Everything Project Mgmt Academy provided me for the PMP course was excellent! The trainer, Gregg Richie was awesome and all of the eLearning and portal tools were great! Hard copy materials were also outstanding. I couldn't have hoped for more. I passed my PMP on the first attempt. Thank you PMA!

I highly recommend Project Management Academy (PMA) Boot Camp and the excellent and expert instruction of Joe Drammissi. Thanks in large part to this training, I passed the PMP Exam on my first attempt 8/19/2015. Looking at my whole training cycle, I began studying with the four days of PMA Boot Camp in Sacramento Caifornia 7/27 - 7/30/2015. I had to work full time 7/31 - 8/13 so I could only study PMP a few hours each night in that interval. Then I knuckled down for five full days of focused self-study, practice 8/14 - 8/18. Those days included PMA timed tests, researching every question I missed, and PMA's online Q&A drills within the knowledge areas and process groups where I was scoring the lowest. I also asked for clarification by email from PMA's tutoring staff on a few "Correct" answers given in the practice exams that I did not understand. I completed all four practice tests at the same time as the real exam was scheduled, to get myself used to staying focused for that long, and at that time of day. I also kept modifying my clothes, eyeglasses, earplugs, and nutrition to closely simulate my plans for the real test day. I am certain the PMA Boot Camp gave me the core framework and study tools I needed to succeed on the first attempt. I'll take credit for the hard work I did to hit this goal, but it would have taken me much longer, and probably more than one test attempt if I had not had PMA's expert guidance.

Best training program with very helpful material to practice. I have taken the exam within a week after the class and passed!

Organized, experienced and engaging instructor with superlative time management skills presented a well structured course. The PMA material is logically and thoughtfully organized, and well selected to prepare one for the rigors of the PMP examination. The on-line tests contain very realistic sample PMP exam questions, and the tests are a great tool to analyze weaknesses to help narrow the focus of study.
