I attended the June 2016 Houston PMA prep class to help me better understand the PMBOK info. I passed the PMP exam 3 weeks after attending the class. Reading the PMBOK book alone was a bit boring and actually hard to grasp. Attending the class really helped me grasp the PMBOK framework concepts and start to better understand the ins and outs of the ITTO's and knowledge areas. If you have a chance I would recommend this course to prep for your PMP exam.

The class taught me so much regarding project management and really enabled me to not only pass the exam but how to prepare for it; from the application process, studying techniques and what to expect when I showed up to take the exam. I would recommend this to anyone preparing for the exam...both experienced and the not so experienced.

Donna is a great instructor! It is great they send you the book so that I could make notes and tab important material. I also like the ability to remote in to any of my lectures on any of my mobile devices. I look forward to taking my Black Belt certification.

After failing the PMP exam back in 2013, I decided to take it again this year. I have been studying for the last 2 months and I knew taking a PMP Bootcamp would be beneficial. PMA was recommended to me by an associate last year. So I decided to get it a chance and I'm so glad I did. I took the PMP Bootcamp with Crystal Richards as my instructor on June 27-30, 2016. The class really helped me with my test-taking strategies. Crystal is a amazing teacher and extremely knowledgeable of the PMBOK. She also kept the class fun and enjoying with her great personality. I was able to pin-point the areas that I needed improve upon and focused on those when studying. Thanks to Crystal and her guidance, I'm proud to say that I passed the PMP exam on Saturday, July 2. 2016. Oh victory! I DEFINITELY recommend Project Management Academy, PMP Bootcamp class. It's worth the money and time. Invest in yourself and your future!

I attended the PMP Bootcamp and a week later took the exam certification and passed on the first attempt. Program Management Academy training material and course is extremely well laid out. The instructor Mr. Michael Steele was simply amazing, He took the time to explain every question in detail, offering and staying beyond the class time to address any of the student’s concerns. The class not only focuses on the PMP material, it also provides test tacking techniques and strategies as well as aid in identifying the “read hearings” that the students will encounter during the test. The know how to identify key words and the questions within the question to achieve a passing score. In addition to the boot camp, PMA has an extensive video library for every lesson and practice exams for the students to focus on the areas of weakness to increase the chances of passing the test. I cannot say enough good things on how well this complex topic/training is laid out to help the most season as well as the new PMs. I definitely recommend this course for everyone that is seeking to attain the PMI PMP certification and Program Management Academy is at the top of their craft when it comes to help the students to grasp and understand the PMBOK material. Great job, from a very satisfied customer.

I attended Project Management Academy's PMP Boot Camp in Indianapolis, IN and couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of both the materials and the instructor. A few things stood out to me about this training: 1. Quality of Instructor. Michael Steele is phenomenal. He was able to present a large amount of information in a logical, concise manner while keeping the entire class focused and engaged. Michael did an excellent job of ensuring that everyone understood a topic before moving on to the next item on the agenda. He stayed after the scheduled class time to continuing answering any questions that remained and also provided his personal contact information for any questions/concerns that might arise after the Boot Camp. He cares about and is invested in the success of his students. 2. Materials. The materials provided by Project Management Academy are first class. The in-class materials are presented in a logical sequence making the process much easier to understand. Study guides and "tips for success" help to organize the pre-exam study time. They also have an extensive menu of on-line training resources including a video library of lectures and practice exams that are provided as part of the Boot Camp. 3. Class size. Less than 20 people so there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The size of the class made it possible for each participant to receive the individualized attention they required. I would not hesitate to recommend the Project Management Academy's PMP Boot Camp and Michael Steele to anyone seeking to obtain their PMP certification.

I took a PMP Boot Camp course with PMA in May 2016. I found them from the PMI site and from online reviews. The PMBOK and materials from PMI are extensive and very dry. This course helped to break the information down into manageable chunks from which to study. In addition, the instructor's fabulous personality helped to make the material more real and even a little bit fun. She was able to provide real world examples, and discuss how the PMBOK terminology might be different than what you think and how to apply it. You are provided with class slides, laminated sheets with necessary items for you to know very well, and a strategy guide for the exam in the classroom. All of these materials were awesome - but even more awesome were the resources provided on the PMA web site. They have sample tests, sample Q&A sessions by topic, videos on each topic (with quizzes!) to review again if needed, and some fun exercises to solidify your knowledge of the materials. There is a webinar every Friday afternoon to discuss various topics with PMI instructors. In short, there is no way to NOT pass the exam if you use all and understand all of these materials. I would recommend this company for training to anyone I know!

I took the PMA PMP BOOTCAMP done by Ben Rebeske. It was intense well what do you expect in a Bootcamp? Ben was extremely professional, knew the material inside out, i noticed he related to real life examples that make it stick, eg., Crashing increases costs .. as Car crash etc. A day before my exam i was anxious and wrote an email to him. He was kind enough to reply and give me some pointers. The instructor, the material covered (especially the study guide), the peers who took the Boot camp , everything was just right. I cleared my PMP test in my first ever attempt kudos to PMA Bootcamp! Strongly recommend for anybody who wants to get PMP certified most efficiently!
