Great experience, passed the PMP on the first try.

PMA provides a great plan and all the resources you need in and out of class in order to pass the PMP on the first try! I took this course in Oct 2016 with Crystal Richards and she was great! She knew the material in and out and was able to explain all the concepts in detail and provide real world examples.

Excellent course. The materials were clear, thorough, and high quality, and the instructor (Jeff Hogan) was outstanding. There's a lot of material to cover for the exam that's pretty complex, but PMA's course materials and Jeff's presentation made it easy to absorb. I highly recommend the PMA program to anyone wanting to earn a PMP certification. If you can get Jeff as an instructor, definitely go for it! He's very experienced and knowledgeable about the material, enthusiastic, communicates clearly, and has a great rapport with the class. Definitely worth the time and money.

I had taken the same PMP prep course previously from another organization that was a disappointment. After searching online and looking at reviews I decided to go with the PMA and I am glad I did. The instructor was passionate about the material as well as extremely focused on the success of each participant. The material they give in class as well as what they offer on there website is invaluable for anyone wanting to obtain there PMP certification. I have been approved to sit for the exam for almost a year now and after the boot camp I am comfortable that they have prepared me to be successful when I do taken it in the next couple of weeks. I took the Project Management Academy PMP Boot Camp in November 2016 in Greenwood Village, Colorado and passed the PMP exam two weeks later. The class was great as was the teacher. Project Management Academy says there is no advance preparation required but I would recommend studying in advance to familiarize yourself with PMBOK. This class brought all the concepts into clear focus and had great test-taking strategies. I found the approach used in the boot camp very beneficial. Rather than presenting the concepts in the order of the PMBOK, we studied by process groups, very logical. Along with the boot camp, Project Management Academy supplies excellent supplemental materials. I would highly recommend this class to anyone studying for the PMP exam.

I wasn't sure what to expect going into the program but I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of support provided. First, the trainer (Crystal) was topnotch. Covered an incredible amount of content within a 4 day span and made it all relevant. Second, the online tools were incredible. From the online sessions to go back and review, practice test items and the instructors available for assistance. Third, excellent customer support. If you have an issue, they will address very quickly. If you are looking to get your PMP certification, to me this is the best way to go. It does take studying on your own but they give you the tools to be successful.
