Project Management AcademyReviews of projectmanagementacademy.net

Detailed review of the PMBOK of course, but also laser focus on strategies for passing the exam the first time. Great presenter Michael Giacalone, who kept things interesting relating what is often dry material.

I took the Project Management Academy PMP course June 3- 6, 2019 with Jackie Ockleberry. Jackie was a phenomenal instructor! She was always sure to give you information the PMBOK way, coupled with lots of examples. After about 6 weeks of studying, I took the exam and passed on the first try, and I even score Above Target in three Domains. I HIGHLY recommend this course and Jackie as an instructor!

I did quite a bit of research for PMP training before signing up with PMA, but I am so glad this is where I settled. Save yourself some time and just pick them! The trainer (I had Crystal) is a true professional. She never wasted our time, stayed on schedule, and most importantly, packed everything we needed to know into our heads in just one week. After class, you have an amazing amount of PMA resources at your fingertips, and there is something for every learning style. I could not recommend PMA enough!

The class, the material provided, as well as the instructor was instrumental to my passing of the PMP exam. I still had to study after taking the course (studied an additional 2.5 weeks), but the course has shortened the time i need to spend studying by months, which is extremely valuable to a full time working parent. I passed it on the first try, with flying colors.

I would recommend the PMA PMP Boot Camp to any professional looking to sit for their PMP certification exam! I took my course in January 2019 with Mr. Scott Fass. The days were long and jammed packed with lots on content. My site had great snacks, breakfast and lunch. Scott's approach to teaching was charismatic and her provided real world examples that really brought the content to life. Unfortunately, I did not pass my exam the first time. However, I did not follow the prescribed study plan Scott provided. Once I was able to reset, I spent the last two months following the study plan and answering tons of practice questions. I am proud to say that I passed my exam today scoring "Above Target" in every domain. Trust the course, trust the study plan, and you will be successful! If you are lucky, you will get Scott Fass an your instructor!

Project Management Academy delivered an outstanding prep course that resulted in my ability to pass the PMP exam on my first attempt. The instructor was outstanding - providing real world examples to put the content into context. The course was fun and stayed on time. The course was very deliberate in its content and geared towards a successful exam result.

The instructor and material were instrumental in helping to prepare me for the PMP exam. I passed with flying colors!
