We already contacted you about your order, please respond to us and we will issue you a resend at no cost to you, and add an extra item as an apology! Otherwise, we will issue you a full refund. We apologize for your negative experience, please respond to our email and let us know which option you would prefer! When it comes to the bee names, upon further investigation, we did assign you all 4 bees. We are sorry that the bee names couldn't be equally as "cool" as you described in your messages, because all our bees are awesome and they all have unique names and stories! They are all assigned randomly and we do not name the bees, our partnered charities do. We don't have much control over that. sorry! Project Honey Bees.
