I bought the bee necklace for my sister who has an obsession with bees, everything is bee related with her. When I gave it to her, she cried! It was so beautiful! I actually recieved the bee necklace 2 days before it was scheduled to arrive. I never had an issue so I didn't have to email the company for any questions so I can not speak about their customer service.

I got this as a gift for my mom, who is a huge gardener and is hard to shop for. This made her cry she was so happy! She loves her bee Dixie and loves the whole idea behind this.

This tiny little bee is the cutest ever.. I have it hanging from my rear view mirror.
