my package never arrive and i have been ignored when asking for a refund

Unfortunately, all I’ve done since I received my order has been locating my missing honey bee pin. The first person didn’t actually READ my email, so they told me 3 times that I’d received the order (which was not what I said in the original correspondence). Next, they asked me to send a photo of what I received which was a nonsensical request - especially since I’d already given one of the necklaces to its new owner. It’s ridiculous that they’ve questioned my claim and then delayed further by suggesting that a photo would be the key to resolving everything.

Unhappy with small flst box at almost $5

I was very disappointed with my bracelet, it was not up to your usual standards. I adore my honeybee necklace, but I’m not going to bother wearing my bracelet.

The clasp broke on day 2 of wearing it.

My package has not arrived! It's been over 4 months now and as of today I've heard nothing at all.

My order said delivered to mailbox. I never got it..checked with neighbors, no one has it. Contacted post office, waiting on call from them.

Well there was only 1 bee with the friendship 2 necklace pack. And 1 of the necklaces broke the first time it was worn.
