The necklace is way to short
The necklace is way to short. Bee is adorable. Never be able to wear it unless I buy a new chain. Child size necklace.

Loved the idea of adopting a bee by buying a necklace and after doing some reading, I decided to give this website a go. I ordered not long after Christmas, it was shipped and everything was fine, the tracking number was real, but then Royal Mail lost it near mid-January. Considering the workload they have and their overall not the best reliability (at least in my area), I paid extra for insured shipping in case something like this was to happen. I contacted them a week after Royal Mail supposedly "delivered" it. All they could say was to get in touch with my local post office, which I ended up doing about 3 times. Royal Mail said the item was lost and filed a complaint and said that the seller has to make a claim for the item now. I thought that was my job done and passed that on to the customer service of the website, along with screenshots of Royal Mail's response for proof. I just kept receiving emails saying "please contact your local post office" despite me clearly saying I have done that 3 times and now its their turn to act. I just got contact details for the post office in response. After over a month of going back and forth through email, I was irritated to say the least and wanted to get in touch with management to see if they could do anything about it. I never received any contact details to them or even got a reply from anyone higher up about the issue. I was chasing them up on it every week. Now over two months since starting to contact them about it, I still haven't got a proper resolution - only some empty promise about another being sent out and a tracking number that is soon to be provided (it has been a week since this and I still have nothing). It is a nightmare sorting anything out with them and I doubt I'm going to get any sort of solution at all, so I suggest only ordering if you're 100% sure that the postal service in your area is reliable enough to deliver it first try, as it is impossible to try get a replacement even after paying for insured shipping. Edit - someone got back to me following this review very quickly with a solution and were very friendly and helpful and apologised for the whole thing, offering to resend my order as well as including freebies with it at no cost to me. I just wish it was easier to get in contact with someone like this if the person I was first talking to for 2 months wasn't doing anything to solve my problem. I love getting the chance to make things right with customer service and will always attempt to sort things out that way and wish it didn't have to come down to a negative review to get anything sorted out because I know how much that affects reputation. But in this case I had no other way out, because whoever I was contacting obviously wasn't even reading properly what I was saying. But now I have finally received a proper response addressing my issue and the person has been a great help, so I'm bumping my review up to 3 stars instead of 1. It's nice to see that they do try to make things right when the right person sees the problem.

I received my 2 little bees and they are absolutely adorable. I did have to email a couple times about receiving a second bee certificate but thankfully we did get our 2nd adopted bee. I'm always happy to help our little creatures and even sea life wherever I can😁. And this is a great way to help!
