I purchased the 2 Queen bee necklaces with the adoption which are really pretty the only problem that I have is it only allows you to register 1 Bee and I have 2 bees. I was giving one to my sister but there are no options to register Her Bee. it only allows you to register 1 so it's kinda upsetting.

Hi Tina! Sorry for the negative experience you've had with us. I assume you purchased your order with our heavily discounted post purchase upsell? Since the discount was of 40% we are unable to afford the bee adoption from our end, since as you know, all our queen bees are unique. With that being said, please let us know your information and we will make it right and add another bee to your order!

I have not received the items I ordered. I reached out over the chat and was provided a shipping tracking number that says UPS does not have the product. I cannot find the confirmation number. It seems odd that now the chat agent needs the confirmation number to give me an update when in the prior chat I was given a tracking number. This experience is terribly disappointing. Update/Response: I am pretty sure I did not buy from another company and this is the correct company. I have been trying to communicate through chat with no luck. Update: I provided PHB my order and tracking numbers. They company has sent me an email stating they are working to resolve the issue (items ordered not received). I will provide full update once/if the issue is resolved. Update: I recieved the items on or about 29 August. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The product is cute for the price, it's a deal. I did not give a better rating because my experience with the shipping and communication with the chat (in order to find my shipment) was sub par.

Hi Sherry! We unfortunately do not send out physical papers, and only offer the E-papers, you can go into the "My bee adoption" section of our website and provide the required information for you bee adoption info. You can screenshot the pictures of your bees and the certificate, and print it out yourself! Let me know if this helps!

The necklace was super cute, and the cause is worth it, but not even 10 days later my bee necklace was completely tarnished and one of the black stripes had fallen off completely. I thought it would be of better quality, honestly.

The order was placed in early June. Still no sign of the necklace. Considering it was a birthday present, I can't say I'm very happy with the experience. EDIT: added one star because the necklace arrived, the quality seems good, but the shipping was still a very bad experience.

The order of mine was supposed to arrive today, but it hasn't yet. Since it hasn't moved for 15 days now on the UPS tracking site, I asked for more information about its current location... they just answered it's late... I would greatly appreciate if they would just look into it, WHERE IT IS. (Writing from Hungary.) Update: It was expected on the 23rd of June. It actually arrived on the 6th of July.
