I ordered the Swarovski crystal bee necklace, but it's not the necklace I received in the mail. It's still a beautiful necklace and I love the concept of Project Honey Bees and will continue to support the cause. Will send picture of necklace received to customer support.

I ordered the original bee on a necklace then I ordered the one with the Swarovski crystals which was supposed to come with earrings but the earrings never came and both sets of necklaces were in the same bag. Am I confused about something or am I just not getting the earrings.

I love the necklaces, however I thought each necklace was adopting a bee 🐝 I was expecting a picture and information for each of the 9 necklaces I purchased. Also, I ordered 6 originally but then was offered to option to purchase more/add to the order and ship together but they arrived later.

Hi there you can register your bees on our Bee Adoption page on our website.

I absolutely love how small but noticeable it is. I love the colors. Unfortunately the chain broke the second time I wore it. I bought my daughter one too. I hope it doesn’t break

Love the necklace but the earrings break out my ears. They got infected. Really sore and bleeding and puss was coming from them. I must make a reaction to the metal. But I can wear the necklace, just not the matching set. :( it would be nice if they had a bracelet to match. Sincerely Rebecca Dearmond

Bee is cute as a bug. Chain is very short and I couldn't use it.

Earrings are super cute and they came very fast. However I bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter and the posts are freakishly long. So she won't be able to wear them. Not sure what I'll do with them now. The posts are even long for adults. Its fine tho. I can give them to my daughter.

Sorry, our jewelry wasn't really designed for 4 year olds, but you could probably see your local jeweler and have them corrected! I don't think we deserve the 3 stars tho, since we didn't know you'd get them for your child :(

Shipping was delayed multiple times. No information in the package about registering your bee. My bee came missing an entire "wing," so it looks funny.

Oh no! Sorry that happened, our products are hand crafted and some mistakes might happen. Let us know if you can provide us with a picture, it would be really interesting to see a defected bee :)
