Satisfied Customer
Am very satisfied with the product and overall experience. Seems to be a good company and delivered a high quality product. The only reason I don't give them all 5 stars is the long delivery time and a few delivery dates along the way. I believe it took about 6 weeks. Perhaps the delay was a function of supply chain issues that seem to be increasing through the pandemic.

Quality is great
Quality is great. 4 stars only since transportation lost half my order and it took over a month to finally receivy desk. Customer service was great.

High quality desk meeting all my needs
Great desk. It's quiet. The quality is overall very nice. If it wasn't for the slight damage on a small part of the frame (you can't really see the damage when the desk is fully assembled though), I would have given it 5 stars.

I have a pre hole drilled table top…
I have a pre hole drilled table top however i did not seem to get the bolts that screw into the table top i only got the ones that drill into the panel. so my desk top is unfastened to the tabletop

Mostly good
Mostly good, powerbar screws stripped when trying to install on underside of desk, even after I pre-drilled pilot holes for them.

Customer service is hard to reach
Customer service is hard to reach. Email replies take time. But their responses are excellents. So the support is excellent, when you got it. Also, please stop using Canpar as a shipping provider... I read a lot on bad experiences with damaged tabletops. Mine was correct, but the box was all broken. By luck the tabletop was not reached because you well packaged it.
