Bought my Black Magic Portable Cinema Camera 4K from these folks. This camera has a fairly elusive reputation and is commonly out of stock in most places. The employees were personable and honest with the information and were quick to get my camera to me. The transparency and customer service of places like B&H pale in comparison to a passionate shop like this one.

People who really seem to care! I ordered an item that was released in limited quantity by the manufacturer. ProFlix reached out to me in an email to re-confirm the estimated delivery time of my item, then beat it by 3 weeks. Will def shop there again!

My equipment was back ordered for a few weeks. I got frequent updates on the status of my camera and when it became available, I received the equipment in two days! The customer service is outstanding! I definitely will be a repeat customer!

We purchased a Dektec for SDI analysis and then a couple months later added a capture license to it. In both cases the delivery was speedy and easy.
