I ran an ad for 7 days with Prodvigate
Update to previous review - Prodvigate immediately responded and corrected the situation. They explained that I had inadvertently not checked the appropriate boxes. They gave me the chance to run the campaign over again and it worked the way it was supposed to! I am very pleased. I really appreciated their follow-up to my concerns and the personal attention they gave to making sure it worked out properly the second time. I ran an ad for 7 days with Prodvigate. It looked legit (they are Google Partners) and easy enough. And they handled everything. I even watched a few YouTube videos about them to make sure they were legit. Great! I was initially pleased at the results in the number of views and subscribers. Until I looked at the audience breakdown in my YouTube Studio. 80% of my viewings came from Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Panama. I guess they didn't understand that I live and work in the United States. I have no interest in viewers outside of the U.S. My channel is devoted to buying and selling in the U.S. So as far as I'm concerned, they only thing they did was boost my viewing numbers. I'm not doing this again with them. If you decide to use them, be sure you look at your analytics carefully. You may seem similar results. I don't recommend using this company.

Ben, We are beyond sorry to hear about your experience. It appears when you went through the on-boarding process you did not specify your geography requirements in targeting. Let us make this right and show you exactly what we can do for you - on us. We can target by specific geography but we just needed to be aware that you did not want a global audience. There are YouTube viewers globally who watch certain niche content. There are also brands who want global recognition so they don't restrict their geo targeting, which appears to be what happened in this case. That being said, we want to make sure we live up to your expectations. Have no concern, we will make this right but just so you know, the subs you did receive are all still english speakers who actively enjoyed your content.
