Excellent experience, I bought the account and initially had some concerns, I couldn't figure out how to reset the email password and really make sure they couldn't take the account back so I talked to support and they replied and helped me with my problem almost instantly! If you are worried about getting the account taken back I would recommend doing what I did and securing the original email and then changing the steam account's email to your own personal email as well as enabling steam guard authenticator. All in all, a trustworthy site I would buy from again.
