Turning Uncertainty And Unpredictability Into Continuous Growth.
The high complexity and unpredictability of transformation projects still force many business owners to keep increasing resources. Spending more time. And hiring more personnel. With no guarantee of obtaining the desired process improvement. If you’re responsible for a manufacturing industry, you know the challenges to obtain a real optimization of ongoing processes. No matter how good your planning and strategy are. Some events are inevitable: Production delays. Waste on several fronts. In addition to bottlenecks. With the incessant pressure to maintain or increase margins, while maintaining quality levels, the planned Operation Optimization can fall short of expectations. Sometimes, cost overruns can happen. Optimizing the operation can take a lot longer than expected. It becomes clear that eliminating a few – or a variety – of problems in the operation is hardly enough to contribute to the overall improvement of the process. Independent of how big the company is. Or the size of its budget. For over a year, have been working in cooperation with ProcessModel, from Utah, USA, in Brazil. To assist a few large Brazilian auto manufacturing industries, locally. Most of these companies have been implementing continuous process improvement with well-known conventional Process Simulation tools available in the Country. Invariably, they rely on a technology that depends on the knowledge of coding and programming. Since August 2023, ProcessModel has been training several engineers in Brazil, responsible for Process Improvement. They decided to adopt the cutting-edge Simulation and Mapping Technology of ProcessModel, that’s used by Ford, GE, Daimler, and NASA, among other Global Brands. To simplify high-complexity simulations. With drag-and-drop features. And a robust Library of Rebuilt Objects. Resulting in a substantial increase in productivity. Profitability. And Sustainability.
