This is the third case I have bought from ProCase. A great product at a low price!

I sought this specific headpiece by reputation and it's good quality for a good value. The headband being one solid piece was not what I expected but upon giving it thought, this should clearly ensure more durability than other headsets I have used.

After attempting to purchase this iPad 12.5 Pro Case TWICE from Amazon and receiving the wrong size product, I went straight to the source and ordered it. A bit more money, BUT, QUESS WHAT?! It came very quickly and was exactly what I ordered and exactly what I wanted/needed. Sometimes the "big box stores' are NOT the best solution. Thank you ProCase! This case is excellent for my iPad!

I had many questions before ordering the case for my tablet. ProCase answered all of them quickly and completely. Once I had my answers, I placed my order. It was handled quickly and correctly. I received my case soon after, much earlier than I had expected. After installing my tablet in the case, charging and pairing the keyboard, and using it daily, my only remaining question is 'why did I wait so long?' Thank you ProCase for a great product and customer service experience. I am now looking at several other of your products for travel and convenience.

The products are very high quality. Much more than I was expecting for the price. On top of that, the service was outstanding. I had an issue with my shipment (an item was left out). I emailed support and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Far more helpful then Amazon has ever been. I'll definitely be returning to procase.com in the future.

I wanted to replace my husbands worn out case with exactly the same kind of case but with a different color. I ordered navy. A few hours later I got an email that said no navy cases were in stock & shipment would be in 7-10 days. I emailed back saying grey or 2 other colors would be acceptable. A grey case showed up in the mail 2 days later. (It came from Lexington, KY & had to go to Chattanooga, TN, so it wasn’t that far.) I wanted exactly the same case because it had done so well. It was just worn out after 3-4 years of daily use. He likes the pocket, the way the case can be positioned & the snug fit for the iPad.
