Operations Q.
Best Website Design Ever
When we started planning the Qurez online store, we knew exactly what we wanted the store to feel like, but we had no clear idea how to build it. We had spoken to a few agencies before Proactivo Commerce LLP. Most of them either pushed a template-based solution or gave us a long list of things that “couldn’t be done.” Proactivo was different from the very first call. Communication from day one What stood out early was how clearly the team communicated. They didn’t drown us in technical jargon. Instead, they took time to understand our brand, our customers and how we actually run the business day to day. Every requirement was written down, discussed, and confirmed before any work started, so there were very few surprises along the way. We got regular updates on progress without having to chase anyone, and whenever something needed our input, they explained the options in plain language so we could make decisions quickly. For a non-technical team like ours, that made a huge difference. Custom features that went beyond what we imagined Honestly, the custom features they developed were beyond anything we had in mind. We came in with a rough wish list, and the team came back with ideas that were smarter and more practical than what we had asked for. They didn’t just build what we described; they thought about how our customers would use the store and suggested improvements we hadn’t considered. Some of the features they built have become the parts of the store our customers comment on the most. It felt like working with people who genuinely cared about the end result, not just about ticking off tasks. Design and development quality The store looks clean and premium, and it loads fast on both desktop and mobile. The design matches our brand identity really well, and the navigation feels natural. Testing was thorough, and launch day went smoothly, which, as anyone who has launched an online store knows, is not something you can take for granted. Available whenever we needed them Another thing I have to mention is their availability. The team was available 24×7 whenever we needed help. Whether it was a late-night question before a sale, a small change we wanted urgently, or just a doubt about how something worked in the backend, someone always responded quickly. They never made us feel like we were bothering them. That kind of support gave us real peace of mind, especially in the first few weeks after going live. Overall experience Working with Proactivo Commerce felt more like a partnership than a vendor relationship. They were patient, proactive and honest about timelines, and they delivered a store we are proud of. If you’re looking for a team that listens properly, communicates well, can build genuinely custom functionality, and actually stays with you after launch, I would recommend Proactivo Commerce LLP without any hesitation. We’re already planning our next phase with them.
