DO NOT DO IT. Same as all the other bad reviews!! Very misleading and confusing once you hit go on a single purchase. Go straight to your bank and requests money back through them! And report them! Scum buckets

I signed up for their $19.95 plan and near the end of the signup process I was presented with an option to pay another $79 to have my $19.95 subscription paid up a whole year in advance, so I took that option. When I logged in to the members area, it didn't show my subscription paid up a year in advance at all. Instead it had me on another higher monthly plan. I searched for their contact details and all Prizewave had was an email address, no phone number. So I sent them an email asking for this to be corrected and or a refund of my second payment of $79 for the year in advance I never got. After more than a day I've had zero reply from them. Will give them one more day to fix the subscription/refund before taking it further. Update: Prizewave got back to me by email a few hours after this review apologizing for the misunderstanding. They said that they would refund $79 and that I would receive it in two or three days. I got a notification from my bank this morning, 22nd October 2026, they had refunded my money as they said they would.

Silly me for not researching this company first before basically handing them free money. They are scammers. DO NOT enter the draws!

Scam. All the infomation is fake. Also cannot unsuscribe without contacting your bank to cancel cards. Stay away.

I signed up with Prize wave lastnight after seeing one of their ads and had subscribed to the 400entries per month which is their cheapest for $19.95 however, in the morning I noticed deductions for $10 another two times witb no email notification to state why the extra cost; nothing. I cancelled subscription a day later. I hate being ripped off!!!! Stay clear!

I bought a ticket for one of their $60000 cash. They took the money I never recieved a ticket confirmation nor any info about the draw. Total scam

Tried to cancel subscription no option available to do so on web site. Also sent email to their support team to cancel and money was still withdrawn.

I’m strongly suspecting this is a scam site. They don’t respond to emails and their stated support Site doesn’t exist
