Diligent & driven - the most organized lender I've worked with
Keith helped us secure a loan to purchase property, and what stood out wasn't just that he was responsive — it's that he stayed personally on top of every moving piece. He tracked down what everyone still needed to submit, kept all parties accountable, and never let the process stall waiting on someone. That kind of hands-on diligence is rare. He also brought a genuinely positive, driven attitude through the whole process. Highly recommend Keith and Private Capital Investors to anyone navigating a property purchase.
