NO TRACKING AND NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
I ordered my product a week ago. My order still says it hasn't been fulfilled...but says to click for my tracking!? I SHOULD ALREADY HAVE MY PRODUCT BY NOW. When I click for tracking, they try to force me to download the "Shop" app. Major security/privacy red flag. I tried calling, and it's just an answering machine. Their customer service messaging is just an auto bot. Emails go unanswered. Everything is pointing to this being a total SCAM company.
