Mike and team absolutely saved my European trip! TL;DR - Mike got me an IDP from the US to Vienna, Austria in 4 days over Easter weekend and saved my entire trip! Incredible communication, service and care across the board. Just brilliant. So I was in Italy visiting my stepdaughter who is studying abroad this semester. After renting a car to drive out to the Tuscan countryside, I learned about the need for an IDP in Europe. While Italy is more lax about it than others at time-of-rental, if you get pulled over they will impound the car. Worse even, I was flying to Vienna, Austria and then to Krakow, Poland where I was renting a car for two days and driving north to Warsaw, covering nearly the entire country of Poland. Apparently Poland doesn’t mess around with IDPs and won’t even hand over the rental keys without one. Well, I found PriorityIDP and sent a WhatsApp message from Florence, 7 hours ahead of Mike’s timezone. Not only did he get back to me within minutes, he immediately devised a plan to get the IDP processed and DHL Expressed to Vienna when I was in town there for a 36 hour window. I had a PDF and tracking number in less than a hour. (This was Thursday before Easter weekend, by the way!) Come Tuesday, I land in Vienna and frantically start refreshing my DHL tracking info that Mike sent. Not only is the package in Austria already, but Mike had sent a message ahead of time telling me not to worry and that the package would still deliver!! Well the back of my head blew right off a few minutes later when I got the notification that the package was ready to be picked up just 100 meters from my AirBNB. I’m now in Krakow with my IDP and without Mike, this entire trip would have been WAY more expensive and stressful. THANK YOU MIKE! THANK YOU PRIORITYIDP! I am planning a trip to the Netherlands, flying into Amsterdam, but then visiting friends across Netherlands and Belgium by car. Although I have rented cars domestically in the U.S., never abroad. PriorityIDP made it fast and easy to get my International Driving Permit. I appreciate the transparent pricing, and no upcharge for the actual IDP document from AAA. One of my friends is at a diplomatic post, so she could use PriorityIDP if she needs to renew her own IDP since she has a Maryland drivers license. I now keep my IDP in my passport and cash folio, and it is about the size of my U.S. passport, so very convenient.

True to their name, PriorityIDP made me feel like a priority and got me an IDP across the globe in just 3 days. I ordered one on Sunday evening and received it at my Airbnb on Wednesday afternoon. Application was straightforward and Mike kept me updated when the IDP was processed, shipped, and delivered. We’ll be using them again if we need to renew!

They went above and beyond by acknowledging my travel dates, they contacted me and recommended other shipping options so that my IDL would arrive before I left the U.S. They immediately processed my application and sent it out immediately, arriving two day before my trip. Definitely worth the convenience and peace of mind going this route.

He was very knowledgeable and help me answer my questions about IDP requirements in Spain. Mike and the Priority team were a huge help and saved our Italy family trip! Didn't realize we needed an IDP to drive around the countryside, but Mike and the team were able to get one to us really fast with minimal hassle. It got overnighted to the small town BnB we were at with no problems. We looked for other services online but they all felt a bit scammy, and AAA direct couldn't meet our timeline given we were ready to get on the road. I applied, *from Italy* and got the IDP within 2 business days. I was worried we'd have to cancel the driving portion of our trip at first, but Mike walked me through the requirements, made sure my photo was acceptable, and kept me updated through the shipping process. Absolutely worth it so we could drive and enjoy our vacation worry free. PIDP cost more than doing it with AAA, but it saved our trip and I didn't have to go to the AAA office (hard because I don't have a car stateside and I forgot). If you're short on time before a trip, or you're already abroad this service is an absolute steal.

Mike saved my honeymoon! A few days before heading to Greece from California, my new husband realized he needed an IDP to drive a rental car between our hotels, restaurants, and beaches in the Greek islands.
