Product is decent, customer service non existent
The product itself is pretty decent, but the customer service is terrible. I specifically went with this company because it indicated my items would arrive 1-3 days before my wife's birthday and then they never sent the item out until 3 days before and sent me an update it would be a week late. When I reached out to them, no response.
