⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 100 stars
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 100 stars, I would. There are not many places left in this world where honesty, transparency, and true compassion are part of the business model—but Principal INFINITI in Boerne, Texas, is that rare exception. From the very beginning, they treated me like I was worth a million dollars—no exaggeration. They saw value in me when I was still learning to see it in myself. And in a time when it feels like almost everyone is trying to get over on you, they stood out as real ones—solid, dependable, and genuinely good-hearted. The team at Principal INFINITI went above and beyond for me, more than once. They didn’t have to, but they did—because that’s just who they are. They put up with my ups and downs with patience, grace, and integrity. They never made me feel like a burden, never judged me, and never gave me less than their full attention. They showed me what it means to run a business not just with professionalism, but with soul. And let me say this—their staff and mechanics are next-level. You’re not just dealing with some random people turning wrenches. These are some of the most highly trained, educated, and skilled professionals in the country. True experts who know what they’re doing, and who do it right the first time. The level of care, precision, and pride they put into their work is unmatched. You can feel safe knowing your vehicle—and your trust—is in the best hands possible. I also want to give a special thanks to a few individuals who made a lasting impression on me: • Travis, who had the patience of a saint and took every one of my phone calls with kindness and professionalism. • James, who took time out of his day to meet with me personally, made sure we were all on the same page, and even chose the nicest loaner car they had for me while I waited on mine—because he genuinely cared about making my experience better. • And Colin, a salesman I hadn’t even worked with directly, who sat down with me in the waiting room and just talked with me—about life, about goodness, about philosophy. That conversation was real, deep, and meaningful. Ironically, we talked about what it means to be a good person and to embody goodness—and honestly, that’s exactly what this company is all about. The truth is, this world would be a lot less frustrating, a lot less bitter, and a whole lot more hopeful if more businesses operated the way Principal INFINITI does. There’s no shady fine print, no hidden agendas—just honest people trying to do right by others. And they succeed. Every single day. If you’re looking for people you can trust, people who will actually listen, care, and act in your best interest, look no further. Principal INFINITI of Boerne is living proof that integrity still exists—and I’ll forever be grateful to them for how they’ve treated me. It wasn’t just business—it was human. And that’s rare. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made a difference in my life.
