There is a lot of pressure when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring. When I first found Primestyle.com, I could not believe it! There was so much to choose from, so many options, and so much I could do to the ring, myself! I was amazed that I could change the metals, band types, stone cuts and stone sizes! My wife, as a result of her own doing, lost a stone from her eternity ring manufactured by Prime Style. As the ring was under warranty, I contacted Prime Style. I sent them the ring, upon which they replaced the stone, checked the other 41 stones to ensure they were securely set, cleaned and polished the ring and returned it to me. This was all done in a very timely manner. I had to pay only for shipping and the replacement stone. I'm most satisfied that Prime Style stands behind their warranty. It is also pleasing that Prime Style places a priority on warranty repair. Tjhis is a very good company that delivers on its promises!
