Great BUY!!!
Simply, the price was worth the buy. Customer service was good, a little disappointed after receiving merchandise because I paid extra for rush delivery and to ensure quality assurance. Well the ring came in great quality on time but the appraisal certificate didn't come with ring or on time. When I stated my complaint the manager said "for such a great price you still got the ring on time, we just didn't have time to print the appraisal certificate on time." I wasn't satisfied with that response because the appraisal was suppose to be with the ring especially that I paid an additional $50. Outside of getting the appraisal at later date and the response from the manager over all my experience was good. You can't beat the price, well worth the buy. Customer service was amazing, that was until after receiving merchandise.

Pretty ring
I ordered a bridal ring set in white gold with mid quality diamonds. When I received my ring I noticed that it was quite yellow so I message them to request a refund. They offered me the same ring with the highest quality diamonds for the cost of shipping. I agreed and my new ring is absolutely beautiful.

good service
I bought a 3 stone ring for my wifes wedding band and it was a very nice ring i would say but i am no expert. After 2 weeks of wearing the ring one of the stones fell out when the prong holding it in place broke off. I dont know if she struck it the wrong way or what happened but primestyle replaced and repaired the ring for the cost of the lost stone and shipping it turned out to be $120 repair. Was it bad craftsmanship or bad luck? I dont know. However they were friendly and fast so it is what it is.

Beautiful ring!
Everything went great. I was actually surprised at how lovely the diamonds were when they arrived. Beware that anything over certain dollar value needs secondary confirmation, this held my order up a couple of days but it ended up working out just fine!

Beautiful and affordable
My fiance and I shopped around for a ring for a while, and came across Primestyle. As we were on a budget, we found the pricing reasonable, so we decided to purchase. I chose my setting, only to realize two days later that I wanted to change it. I contacted customer service, and they were so helpful. I was able to change my order, and still receive my ring within a few days. Once received, I absolutely love my ring, simple yet classy, and I have received many compliments on it. I will be returning to purchase more from Primestyle.
