Beautiful Eternity Ring
I was sceptical to buy something this expensive online before seeing it in person, but I really did the research and saw reputable direct diamond jewelry company. I purchased it for my Finacee and she loved this ring more than I thought she would. It's excellent VS1 quality. Every single diamond is amazing. It's so perfect and is so sparkly. It's shines at every angle looking at it, nice size stones, her mother saw and instantly fell in love with it. Classy and amazing. It's a size nine and I think the 2.5 carat size is perfect on her.

The process was very good
The process was very good! My only problem was,my shipping was to be overnight and I didn't get my pkg. until 4 days later with no refund. However my ring was wonderful and my wife is happy! I would use them again.

The service itself was excellent and …
The service itself was excellent and professional, however the earrings I purchased have a screwback and unfortunately the back continues to unscrew itself unless I put it super tight against my ear which is uncomfortable. I actually lost one of the backs because it unscrewed and fell somewhere while I was away from home. The diamonds are beautiful as well as the design but the backs need to be adjusted to avoid this issue.

Ordered a 2nd wedding band to add to my …
Ordered a 2nd wedding band to add to my wedding set for the 10th anniversary. I received an e-mail asking that I send a pic of my set to match the band as closely as possible. When I received it I was very disappointed as the band was so thin it looked like it came from a bubble gum machine compared to my set. When I called to inform them of my issue I was asked to return the band along with my set for a better match and was told they'd re-make the band. The promise was kept and as a bonus per my request they welded my rings together and serviced the diamonds in my previous set at no extra cost. Now I am very pleased with my purchase. This is my 3rd purchase with Primestyle. My 1st set was lost last year and we replaced it then added the band this year. This is the only time I had an issue with my purchase. Overall, I lime doing business with Primestyle.
