I’m truly grateful for the incredible experience I’ve had with Prime. After facing challenges and disappointment with my previous publisher, working with a team that is honest, supportive, and professional has been such a blessing. From the very beginning, they have been kind, understanding, and respectful, always taking the time to listen and guide me through the process. What stands out the most is their integrity they delivered exactly what they promised, and even went beyond my expectations. Their communication, patience, and dedication made this journey smooth and reassuring. They treated my work with care and value, which means so much as an author. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and committed publishing team. Thank you for restoring my confidence and making this experience a positive one.

Review of The Prime Publisher Hub, A Nightmare Experience for Writers As you read this book, I hope it inspires reflection, dialogue, and a commitment to fostering a future rooted in mutual respect, shared understanding, and sustainable peace. Tshilidzi Marwala, PhD Rector of the United Nations University, Tokyo, Japan January 10, 2025 Tshilidzi Marwala, PhD Rector of the United Nations University, Tokyo, Japan January 10, 2025 .....I sent this to The Dream...and then spoke with Them giving them details on who Dr. Marwala is how it will help sell the book - Asked them to send a thank to Dr. Marwala for helping push the book,,,and I never heard from Prime Publisher Hub again until I posted this review on TrustPilot. What other evidence do you need. They have the manuscript and the foreword, but until now NO BOOK HAS BEEN PRODUCED. Review of The Prime Publisher Hub, A Nightmare Experience for Writers I had the absolute worst experience working with The Dream Publishers for editing my book. If you’re an author looking for professional, reliable services, let me save you some time - look elsewhere. Ghosted Not Once, But Twice I initially entrusted them with my project, and they ghosted me completely. No updates, no communication, just radio silence. After chasing them down, I gave them a second chance - big mistake. The second time, I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere just to get a response. Ignored a Foreword From a World-Renowned Expert I sent them the foreword of my book from a world-renowned doctor, engineer, and AI expert—a huge deal for my project. And guess what? They never followed up. No acknowledgment, no feedback, nothing. Mass Texts, No Professionalism Then, as if all that wasn’t bad enough, they had the nerve to send me mass text messages asking if I’d use their services again. Seriously? You ghost my project twice, ignore my communications, and then try to reel me back in with spam texts? To make matters worse, when I told them about my experience, their response was insulting. They actually said, “If you want us to write a book, we can start from square one.” Final Verdict: Stay Away! This company fails at their core services and is even worse at following up. They don’t respect their clients, they don’t communicate, and they certainly don’t deliver on their promises. 🚨 DO NOT USE The Dream Publishers for any writing services. They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and completely incapable of handling serious authors.!!

Scam Scam Agreement for Book Promotion with this company. I paid for a six-month book promotion, backed by a guarantee of a 470% return on investment (ROI). What I actually experienced was a complete misrepresentation of services. Not a single contractual promise was fulfilled. Sales did not increase at all. To make matters worse, I was pressured into paying an additional $2,206 in hidden fees. Buyer avoid This Company.

I would NOT recommend Prime Publisher Hub. Initially, they made lots of promises and were pleasant to work with but that quickly faded, as they did not keep their promises. When it came to getting my book on outlets (i.e., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), they only partially fulfilled their obligation. Also, I paid for 100 copies of my book to be delivered to my home, and three months later, they still have not arrived and they keep stalling. Prime Publisher Hub says they have been shipped twice, but there is no tracking information to support that. Now they refuse to take calls, and follow through!!
