I found the chair I wanted, obtained the price I wanted to pay, and was done in about 45 minutes. Cant beat that service.

Great process and communication

Wasnt sure what i wanted but got a great chair at a great price, quality is top notch

Everything was there and no hassle. Was a little nervous ordering from a company I knew nothing about, but all was good.

It’s been awhile since we purchased but transaction was pretty much flawless. Our Osaki Chair is great, no complaints! Not sure of original purchase date.

Everything went just as advertised from the order to delivery timing to the white glove set. Just a good buying experience on an expensive item
