So glad I chose them over everyone else!!
So I was pretty sure I made a HUGE MISTAKE by going public on requesting a tow for 50 miles because the next thing I know I was being completely bombarded by a hundred different brokers from all over the country with most of them being pushy, annoying and just wouldn't leave me alone with RIDICULOUS prices BUT NOT MIKE, he was patient, VERY UNDERSTANDING. From the VERY beginning him and I just hit it off, he was very understanding when I informed him that I was going with a different broker (who ended up trying the old bait and switch on me) even though I told him of this he wished me luck and the best, which NONE of the others were, some of them even got nasty with me after I politely told them I was going with someone else.. BUT NOT MIKE, like I said he was understanding (I'm permanently disabled and on a strict budget) courteous and very professional which made him the ONLY one out of the hundred others I remembered. So even when most of the towing companies were giving him/me WAY overpriced quotes he hung in there, worked with me on my very strict budget and did A LOT of work in the background trying desperately to HELP ME until we got the right price, the driver showed up on time. was friendly and even came from the area that I grew up in in a different State. He didn't just drop off my vehicle and leave, he made sure the right people knew who he was and why he was there and didn't leave until everything was clear WHILE ALL THE TIME Mike was staying in contact with me and the driver to make sure everything was done and met my needs and even followed up with me for the next few days to make sure everything is ok. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and be using them going forward.
