This online casino is a scam!
I signed up for an account with Primebetcasino.com and began playing for SC coins (which can be converted to real money). I noticed that I was winning more so than any other online gaming sight I have played on. Within 40 minutes of playing different games on the website, I won close to $1000. I decided to cash out. I followed the redemption guidelines, which was to send them an email stating my account name an to let them know I was wanting to redeem and to please "handle it." The guidelines also stated that pay outs would be handled within 5 to 30 minutes. The next morning I noticed an email from the support team letting me know that I still had an available balance and I should request a new redemption asking for all of the winnings, which by that time was $2005. It also said that I needed to make a purchase totalling $58 in order to get my payout. So I then paid the $58. It has now been 5 days and I haven't heard anything back from them regarding my redemption worth over $2000. I have sent them several emails, tried to do a live chat...to which they are never available. There is no phone number to call anyone either. Whenever I hit the redemption button on the screen, all it says is "Pending.". Also, to top it all off, they charged me twice for the $58 I originally paid. I am at a loss for words and I really don't know what I should do next. I knew this was too good to be true.....SCAM!!!
