Our honeymoon to Bali was organized by Prime Holidays and it was flawless. I was worried about trusting a company I found online, but they were transparent and responsive from day one. Flights, transfers, and villa — all perfectly arranged. They even added a surprise romantic dinner for us. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We used Prime Holidays for our family trip to Maui. From hotel bookings to car rentals, everything was taken care of. We were a bit skeptical since it was our first time booking through a smaller agency, but they proved us wrong , very professional and friendly. They even checked in mid-trip to make sure we were happy. Loved that personal touch!

Prime Holidays our trip to Cancun. Everything was well organized, though I wish email replies were a bit faster at the start. Once we got going, the itinerary was perfect , the resort exceeded expectations, and they even helped us change our return date last minute. Flight home was delayed by 30 mins but that’s on the airline, not them. I’d recommend them, just be patient in the beginning.

We booked our Italy vacation through Prime Holidays. At first, I was not super confident since it was my first time using them, but they were very responsive with all my questions. The flight was delayed by about 40 minutes, but the airport pickup driver still waited! Hotels were exactly as described- clean , great locations, and with helpful staff. Overall a wonderful trip
