My wife loves Primally Pure products so I order them for her. I had an issue with a shipment and the customer service was amazing! Great packaging too.

They stink. They're giving away free lavender deodorant because it stains anything that's not black. Then they tell you to wash it. I had to wash my clothes four times. Tell me what they look like now. I tried to call them to get my money back and AI said you had 30 days to return it for a Credit. I was traveling for 45 days with stained clothes. They do not have one person on the phone to contact you get to speak to AI.!! their product stinks. Their customer service stinks stay away don't waste your money.

Shady business practices. Do NOT start a subscription. There is no option to cancel through your account, you can only skip or pause for up to 6 months. Even then, they do not send a reminder notice that you have an upcoming subscription. You only receive a shipping confirmation once it’s on its way. If you don’t want it, you have to pay for return shipping and they have the right to refuse any returns. UPDATE: I emailed them and they promptly refunded me and canceled my subscription. Oddly though the card on file was an old one that I no longer have. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I genuinely really like these products! I live in the UK and we don't have a brand like this so I order it all the way over. Very natural ingredients and work and smell amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I am a new customer. I purchased some of their products about six weeks ago became obsessed and decided to shop the Black Friday sale. I noticed after I paid that the coupon code did not fully take off my discount. I emailed them and they had responded within 24 hours and corrected the issue. Updated Review: If you have sensitive skin DO NOT BUY. If you’re prone to acne DO NOT BUY! I couldn’t use most of the products I bought because they gave me horrible acne. I had to go to the dermatologist. Do your research don’t fall for the hype.

I loved everything about this product, the smell the texture the coverage on deodorant and sunscreen..so excited to try more of this skincare all natural products.
