Ordered & paid for a fridge freezer. I got no confirmation email of the order & cant get hold of the company to see whats going on, my bank have told me I have had to wait for 15 days before I can do anything legal to get my money back.

I ordered a washing machine. Checked reviews realised it was a scam. Rang the bank explained to them. Very helpful. Emails arrived but delivery date more than a week away. Emailed the company got no response Contacted the bank again, given a phone number, not in service. Contacted the bank again, They investigated and have refunded my money. Bad experience.
