I really went into this thinking it would go well but overall we had a really bad experience. Moving across the country itself is stressful, but this company gave me little confidence and created added stressors. When trying to schedule our pick up day, they called three days in advance (Thursday) and told us someone would contact us the next day to set up a time. Which they did not. At about 3 pm I called and they let me know that it's usually done at the end of the business day, so I waited for 5, and then 6 and called again. That person told me that most likely it would be Sunday because I hadn’t heard but he would call dispatch and have dispatch call me, which they did not. The next day (Saturday) I called again, to which I was told dispatch would once again contact me. At 9 am, dispatch calls and lets me know that the movers will be there at 12, probably, but he'd call me back soon to confirm. He did not call back to confirm, but in a panic, we took apart our bed and put the mattress in a protector. I called back about an hour later, only for him to tell me that they would actually be coming Sunday. After this, I called the actual company to get some clarity and a representative gave me her number to call if anything else went wrong the next day and assured me that she would personally check on everything in the morning. She also gave the correct number for dispatch after I asked for it, otherwise I would not have been able to contact anyone the next day. She also confirmed that if I had not called, I would not have been given any information about the movers or what was happening. When Sunday morning came and went and the movers did not show up on time, or an hour after their time slot, I called dispatch and was told that the truck broke down and they no longer had a mover for me so I would just have to wait another day. I never got a call from the representative and she never answered my three phone calls. No one at the company would answer, because it was Sunday and no one was in. I called dispatch back and had a heart to heart, promising I would find another moving company if they couldn’t assure us we could actually get moving, and somehow they came up with a truck. At one point, dispatch asked me to stop calling and just to text them, which I found ridiculous. They arrived at 8 and did not leave until 10. The actual movers were great, they wore masks and were really polite and nice and I was happy with how they handled it. Upon arrival of our stuff -- which I will say did come quickly -- the new movers manhandled our things and one was not wearing a mask, but was breathing heavily in my new home. I had scratched up furniture, crushed boxes, and broken glass in boxes that were clearly labelled fragile. I also had to pay more for things that were not on the original contract. More importantly, I came to realize that my backpacking bag was missing, along with the gear inside that likely cost me over $1,000. After calling them and being directed to file a claim, I called back to see if someone could at least try to look for it and another woman gave me a phone number that didn’t work and I had to call back and they gave me a website instead. It has been three weeks and no one can find it and I have had to file a claim, where I will get 60 cents per pound. The company has been extremely bad at calling me back when they promise they will, and I feel like I am chasing them down constantly to get simple answers. There were some things that happened that I could have been okay with if they simply picked up the phone and called me, but at every turn, I had to call six different numbers and send an email just to get a response. I would also be careful as the original contract you sign will not have the same things in it as the contract you sign when the movers actually arrive. I would never use this company again, I felt they were unprofessional and didn’t care about how it went for us.

Don’t be fooled by there sales tactics and the FAKE REVIEWS!!! they will feed you anything you want to hear and then once they get your deposit everything changes, I honestly don’t know how they have so many five star reviews on Google I think they are creating fake reviews on Google and other similar sites if you look at Better Business Bureau‘s site they have had many negative reviews similar to mine in the past 5 months alone. I received an estimate from this company with certain items on the inventory I was told as long as the inventory does not change the price will not change. When the moving truck arrived the inventory stayed exactly the same but the moving company could not fit it into their truck and said they need a full-size trailer in order to fit the contents of my house. I contacted the customer service department to ask for a copy of the estimate and to my surprise the estimate jumped to almost $15,000 saying that my contents would take up more space in the truck then their system initially accounted for. During the sales call I spoke to the representative and mentioned some of my items are both easier than others and cannot be stocked their response was our system accounts for 10% overage with each item so you will have nothing to worry about!

Shawn, We appreciate all consumer feedback, however you have left out quite a bit of misinformation you provided on your phone consultation when trying to obtain the cheapest rate for your relocation. Unfortunately all of the misrepresented items and true sizes of oversized furnishings were identified on site during the walk through survey. The carrier provided you a revised estimate for the more than double the volume you wanted moved and at that time where the true volume of your items was calculated you did not wish to proceed. We require honesty and full disclosure from out customers when providing inventory allowing us to provide an accurate estimate. Unfortunately when the moving crew arrived you had so many additional items the crew needed an entire second 26 foot truck. That is quite the difference in what was provided VS what was expected to be moved. We made many efforts to provide discounted services to you to no avail. unfortunately our workers cannot work for free and ultimately the relocation was cancelled. Were sorry things didn't work out and wish you the best.

Longer than expected delivery. Price was okay. My biggest problem is the lack of communication. I literally had to call every few days to get an update on my move. Not one phone call was made to me unless I emailed or left a voicemail. PriceLine logistics seemed to have great service, but they pick a 3rd party delivery company (the company is “True state moving”). Check the rating on yelp for that company. 2/5 stars. Would never signed up for that if I had know.
