DON NOT USE THEM!!!!
My experience with this company is absolutely terrible and I warn anyone who uses them. Blake Stephens told me my belonging would arrive in 5-7 business days. The movers at my home told me 5-7 business days as well.
No one replies to my emails, you cant get anyone on the phone and overall it is terrible customer service. The WORST I have ever seen in from any company!
It has now been 8 business days I finally got someone on the phone and they told it would be an additional two weeks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

There are three phases to a move
There are three phases to a move. Pickup, waiting, and delivery. I hired Priceline to move my sister. Pickup went well. They were on time and the guys did a good job packing and loading.
We are in phase two: waiting. This has been terrible. Pickup was February 25th. We were told the furniture would be consolidated and moved, and we would be contacted with a window for delivery. We expected 2 weeks more or less. It has been more than 6 weeks, and we still don't have a delivery date. We have been told three times that the furniture is loaded and "on the way".
When calling Priceline, they read a script basically. The carrier is having issues, but "you should get delivery by the end of this week". We've heard that for three weeks now.
If you use this company, be sure to ask specifically about delivery. Communication with Priceline and their mover is terrible.
The stuff is either in a warehouse, or on a truck. There is no excuse not to know how long it will take to deliver, within a day or two. Giving inaccurate estimates just ruins their credibility. I got to the point where I wondered if they were scammers, and if we would ever see the furniture again.
Update: The mover first told me on March 12th that the furniture was loaded and would ship the next day. He later told me it actually shipped on March 26th. They have told me for three weeks now that it would deliver "this week". Their "delivery dates" have come and gone with no communication from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will promise you everything and give you nothing!! They also use fly by night moving companies who do NOT care about you or your stuff!! I hired these robbers back in July to move my mom and the company that THEY hired was 2 days late, the driver got into a accident with the truck then we had to wait 3 in a half months just to get part of her things!! The stuff we did get was either broken or damaged!! When we tried to file a claim we couldn’t because we didn’t have a inventory sheet!! They kicker of they story is once my mom FINALLY got her stuff the trucking company charged her more!! This IS the worst company ever!! Don’t give these people your hard earn money!! Please run away if you are thinking about using this company

SCAM
PSA! The worst business encounter I have ever had! Unprofessional, late and not responsive. Impossible to get a hold of! I AM TRYING TO HELP ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF MOVING YOURSELF WITH A HORSE AND BUGGY! After some investigating and talking to other customers I found out that they try to bribe people to take negative comments down! Priceline, how about you reimburse the unexpected $2,500 extra I had to spend because you under quoted me. THEY EVEN CHARGED ME FOR HOW MANY STEPS THE MOVERS TAKE TO GET UP TO MY SECOND STORY APARTMENT. Then showed up 19 days after their guaranteed date! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

Critical
Critical: Value
I had scheduled a move with this company and I did my due diligence BUT they go by Cubic feet this is why they ask how many boxes you have. We asked for a certain sized truck ALL for ourselves. Instead we were locked into a 900 Cubic feet space which is way too small for our needs. When I found out about this luckily it was within the 72 hours when you can cancel with a refund, however they tried to take $109 for some fee. And I fought this and got a full refund waver signed.
I see Google reviews as very good but I think these are PAID reviews, not real. When I did more searching I see a lot of customers complain paying a HUGE fee when their move was OVER the cubic foot they estimated for you! That is when I checked my own paperwork and I saw they had tried to cheat us this way. Do I recommend them, I do not feel they are a horrible experience but lesson learned and I pass that onto you. They are just a middle man so you are paying for them to find you drivers

DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company - Priceline Logistics. I paid their brokerage fee of over $1300 to ship my car and my furniture. At the very last minute, they failed to ship the car and I had to hire another company at $1500 to do that. This was one day before my flight - moving from CA to PA. They refuse to reimburse be half of the brokerage fee. They are the most dishonest company I have every dealt with. Also, the estimate for my total shipping costs was $2,800, but I ended up paying $5,700 due to all of their failures.

Not a moving company, just a middleman. Unethical business model
Priceline Logistics is NOT a moving company. It is just a middleman that will charge you an exorbitant hidden fee. This will be a long review because I want potential customers to understand how this company operates, and to know of my experiences.
Business model:
1. Pretends to be a moving company. Offers a deceptively low quote to hook customers, knowing that the actual moving company they subcontract will drastically increase the cost. Charges an enormous hidden fee for their services, which is not mentioned in communications and is not listed in receipts.
2. Subcontracts to actual movers, without regard to the quality of movers. Because Priceline Logistics LLC is not actually a moving company, they absolve themselves of all damages incurred during the move. The moving company that ended up moving my things had VERY power ratings online and destroyed my furniture. They also charged double my quote. Priceline Logistics LLC initially quoted me $1,700, but on the day of the move, I was told that the price was actually $3,300. This is despite going over my inventory twice on the phone with both Priceline Logistics LLC AND the moving company. When I contacted Priceline Logistics LLC regarding this, they told me that they were not responsible for any changes in costs and for any damages, and then ignored all further communications. To make matters worse, the moving company only gave me a 4 hour's notice of arrival, despite Priceline Logistics LLC and the moving company repeatedly telling me that I would get at least 24 hour's notice.
3. Bribes customers to delete negative reviews in order to maintain their high ratings. Two months after I left negative reviews on multiple websites, I was contacted by a Priceline Logistic LLC's customer services representative, who offered me $50 to delete my review. The bribe was masked by calling it "a good faith adjustment", and the representative tried to press the opinion that I owed it to Priceline Logistics LLC to help them maintain their image because they were offering this "good faith adjustment". After I declined, she upped the offer to $100, then $200, then $250. She asked me what value I would accept, and I told her I just wanted a refund amount that would adjust the cost to my original quote of $1,700. Since I was charged $3,300, this would have meant a $1,600 refund. The representative told me this was not possible, because Priceline Logistics LLC made $918 off of working with me, and they would not refund any amount near that number. It was then that I discovered Priceline Logistics LLC had charged me a hidden fee, and looking through receipts, this $918 was not listed anywhere. I declined her offer of $250, and thanked her for her time and gesture of apology.
4. Rack up good reviews from customers who were unknowingly duped and who had positive experiences with the actual subcontracted moving companies. Use these good reviews to hook and dupe new customers. The man who hooked me in my initial phone call bragged that Priceline Logistics LLC "averages over 4 stars on every review site", and that they were very a "very trustworthy moving company".
This was my experience and my interpretation of my experiences with my move. I am not saying you will absolutely have a bad experience if you choose to work with Priceline Logistics LLC. I am just saying that you will be charged an exorbitant hidden fee, that you will not know who your actual movers will be (and whether they will be good or bad), and that Priceline Logistics LLC will NOT be helpful if you have a bad experience.
