Just got my meds and they were cold. The ordering process and communication were great. Looking forward to to starting.

In 6 days I signed up got a medical review from a licensed doctor, it was sent to the pharmacy of my choice (they had 2 to pick from) and I received my medications my door! I had an excellent experience with PreventativeMD. My medication came packaged in a cold box with 3 ice packs and the medication was very cold. I also received an email saying my medication was delivered and they asked if I had any questions. I would recommend PreventativeMD!

I am retracting my previous review. There had been an issue with delivery but it was quickly resolved. Customer service is exceptional. It's a real human experience and that makes all of the difference.
