This company is a scam . My order has never arrived Have send many mails to the company and always receive the same automated message Do NOT order from this company And don,t trust the shipping updates

Seeing as I ordered a product at the beginning of June and its September, and still not arrived, is sufficient to say this is a SCAM site. Customer Care just ignore you etc. Very disappointed. Looks like previous comments have experienced the same.

This company is definitely a scam. Bought Botox serum, they sent Melanin serum. When I clearly showed them via pics of the item I received and the item I ordered from the invoice, they still stated they shipped the right item. Oh, BTW they also offered me on my first Email complaint, $3. I have since emailed 3 more times explaining either send the right item or refund in full. They are up to $6.

Ordered a hat advertised on Instagram... ordered 8/5/23... still not arrived. Many emails sent to company and advised I must stay patient as item is on the way and I am a valued customer . It would appear after reading the other reviews that I have been scammed.

Disgusting service Item was received ruined because it was sent in what was basically a plastic bag. After several ridiculous conversations with Support, they kept telling me that I had to keep it because it was the correct item after I had repeatedly explained that it was correct but ruined. They then offered me €3 as compensation and suggested I keep the item because it would cost me too much to return it to them. Worst company I have ever purchased from.

Brought a Panama hat which was made in China with fake tracking log!! The hat was in poor condition when received and wouldn’t give refund just $8 to keep it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They sell rubbish and them lie to try and cover up their scam. Appalling! Rubbish good from a Rubbish company.

Would give this site no stars as I bought makeup that was meant to be my skin tone and it wasn't. After several emails asking for return and refund I was told it takes too long to get a refund and that I should keep the product. Maybe I can use it as hand cream and a buyer beware experience. Never been scammed before.

LYING THEIVES. Same experience! Panama hat is a hat, yes, made by machine in China out of plastic. In other words a piece of crap. I was taken for a ride.
